In order to sign up into NEO ONE, the user must provide all his personal details and succeed in the identity verification (KYC).
Please be prepared to:
• Take a selfie
• Take a picture of your ID. It must state your name, surname and have a picture (National issue ID, driver license…)
• Provide proof of residence. This can be: Utility bill including services for fixed line (mobile bills are NOT acceptable) Recent Bank or Credit Card Statement
A formal letter from the bank
Tax-Free Allowance Certificate.
Any official HMRC documentation containing the individual’s details.
Formal documentation from the government
Online registers of electors (even without a date on it)
Building or contents insurance document – must be a ‘Certificate’ of insurance and not just general correspondence.
Driving license showing the address
Residence permit showing address
Mortgage letters.
Note that personal details, address, date of issuance (not older than 3 months) and the 4 corners must be visible. Document must be in pdf.
