In order to sign up into NEO ONE, the user must provide all his personal details and succeed in the identity verification (KYB).
It is required to provide:
- Business registration documents.
- Document displaying the share ownership and list of director (s) and officer (s).
- Operating address proof dated within the last 6 months (bank and government letter, utility and telecom bill, tenancy agreement etc)
- IDs of all Ultimate beneficial owners (UBO) who ultimately hold 25% or more shares
- IDs of all directors
- Authorized representative ID and Proof of address
